  Very young crowd. Not what you'd expect from a tiny Baptist church. The pastor was also very young, but very well spoken and knowledgeable. You can tell their focus is to have a really close knit church family. They all went to a member's house for lunch after the service. Supposedly that's a regular thing they do.
  
  They have a band, so the worship was somewhat modern and void of hymnal books, but not rock-n-roll or Hillsong-like like other charismatic churches.
  
  They had a time for prayer and had a member come up and tell that days prayer topic. The entire church then prayed for the people of another country among other things (not just one person leading in prayer, but each member praying among themselves). I thought this was very cool because the bible says God's house shall be a house of prayer, but prayer seems to take a back seat in many churches today.
  
  They had little ones come up for a short lesson from the Pastor. Not much else to say about that. It was cute and entertaining and hopefully educational for the children.
  
  The message was not only based on Scripture, but it WAS scripture. The pastor spent the entire sermon on one chapter in Matthew and when verse by verse giving excellent commentary and explanations for each one. Apparently this is also normal with Sermon's being over a particular Chapter in the bible. Was more of a bible study then a sermon which I liked a lot.
  
  Overall I was very impressed with this church and will give it a second look before I choose a church home.
